Lets face it -- a lot of the beer apps out there arent very attractive on your phone. Tappd That strives to look good, be a good iOS citizen, and give you functionality you cant find anywhere else. *** NOTE ON RATE LIMITS ***
Tappd That can sync all of your data, but it may take a few hours. Untappd only allows 100 "requests" per hour from third-parties. A request consists of ~50 beers. After 100 requests have been received, Tappd Thats access to your Untappd account is suspended for an hour. If you have a large amount of data, you will not be able to download it all at once. Tappd That will pick up where it left off when you come back after an hour.

Tappd That for Untappd app good for

I like the App, because its easy to use, clear and self-explanatory. But there is a high potential for further development. What I miss most is a complete filtering, means not only by name, but also style, ABV, IBU etc. Also I would appreciate a download possibilty.
This is a great app. I love being able to track beers I drink using my watch! The interface is clean and simple and easy to use. Thanks for a solid app Greg!

Some bad moments

Do not get this app! It is a scam they will simply take your $2
A native client for Untappd, easy to use, very fast and efficient. Highly recommended.
Great app. If you use Untappd this is a fantastic app to accompany it. So many times, while at the store, Ive wanted to check beers against what Ive to determine if I should by them or not. I pull out my phone. Low and behold, the dreaded 1 bar of 1x service. This app solves that problem by tying in with your Untappd account to store a cached copy of your checkins locally. Why Untappd hasnt bought this app and incorporated it directly into the app is beyond me. Im just glad it exits.
Very nice work, Greg. Ive been using the app for many months, and the 1.3.2 update really improved a key area: faster load & search of distinct beers, even with little or no connectivity. (My favorite bottle shops have terrible cell service. Tappd That to the rescue!)
Have you ever wondered how many times you’ve checked in at your favorite brewpub, and how many unique beers you’ve had there? Untappd doesn’t have the answer, but Tappd That does! Have you ever stood in the far back corner of your local bottle shop, that spot where you have no cell signal, wondering whether you’ve ever tasted that rare beer you’re thinking of purchasing, wishing you could access your Untappd data, but you can’t? Now you can! I did have a little trouble at first syncing all of my data from Untappd. I emailed Greg for help and received a response within the hour. He had several suggestions for facilitating the sync. It took me a few more tries to get it right but now all my data is at my fingertips. Kudos to Greg for both excellent customer service and an extremely helpful app. Cheers!
